OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

CleanNetUSA has been in business since 1987 and are growing and need several additional Outside Salespeople with a great personality to join the team! Have you been, or are you, a top Salesperson? We're looking for a few individuals who have demonstrated through their achievements (sales awards, sales ranking vs. peers, etc.) that they are better than most and have successfully closed sales. We have a proven successful formula for success in this industry. Our outside salespeople are consistently in the top 5% Nationwide! We are experiencing a tremendous need for our services and are seeking individuals who have a successful track record of closing sales. Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years proven successful Outside Sales experience. Candidate should be highly self-motivated, confident, organized, have a nice personality, possess proven sales abilities, basic math skills and be able to close the sale. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must have a professional appearance and your own reliable transportation. Basic knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required as well as basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for securing commercial cleaning agreements by prospecting and closing potential customers. Your appointments will be secured by making phone calls to set your own appointments as well as run appointments that OUR telemarketers set for you.
Other responsibilities include:
  • Cold calling customers in between appointments
  • Prepare sales bids/proposals for presentations
  • Follow-up with previously presented proposals
  • Keep Management informed of scheduled appointments
  • Attend sales meetings as required
  • Input lead information and sales process updates in CRM Position includes salary, bonuses, commissions, auto allowance, cell phone allowance and group health insurance.
