Job description Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a 1SolarBoyz-D2D, where you'll be at the forefront of expanding our solar energy solutions through direct-to-door (D2D) sales. This energetic role involves engaging with potential customers, educating them about the benefits of solar technology, and building lasting relationships that drive business growth. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will utilize your communication skills and sales expertise to generate new leads, nurture prospects, and close deals effectively. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in the renewable energy industry while developing your sales and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions Engage in warm calling to follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads through personalized communication Present compelling product demonstrations and technical sales pitches tailored to customer needs Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that enhance brand awareness and lead generation Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the sales process Experience Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or renewable energy sectors Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively Familiarity with telemarketing techniques, outbound calling, and CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development strategies is highly desirable Prior experience in customer service or marketing can be an advantage for engaging prospects confidently Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and proactive approach
