Job Description

Vertix Management, a sales and development firm seeking steady sales leaders, is seeking an AT&T Sales Lead for our AT&T Fiber sales team in Houston.
When things get really messy:
when sales team members are tired and when the numbers are not where they need to be, the AT&T Sales Lead will be our calm in the storm. As an AT&T Sales Lead, you'll participate in leadership training to grow your management skills while becoming a sales expert in AT&T Fiber. The AT&T Sales Leads' sales conversations will be professional as they meet face-to-face with our customers, and their ability to lead their team ensures they understand the value of AT&T Fiber. Core Functions of the AT&T Sales Lead Support team leadership by engaging in person with customers and guiding associates in recommending the best AT&T Fiber solutions that drive sales. Assist in overseeing team performance while actively contributing to AT&T Fiber sales through personalized customer support. Help develop sales team members by offering guidance on effective customer conversations focused on AT&T Fiber benefits and sales opportunities. Play a key role in achieving sales targets by supporting the team in converting customer interest into successful AT&T Fiber enrollments. Contribute to team development by sharing sales best practices for building trust and driving successful AT&T Fiber sales conversations. Grow into a leadership role by combining supportive management with active participation in AT&T Fiber sales. Preferred Skills of the AT&T Sales Lead Adaptability in fast‑paced environments where priorities shift quickly. Skilled in translating product features into customer‑friendly benefits that resonate. Confidence in handling objections and reframing them into opportunities for growth. Ability to analyze sales data, recognize patterns, and adjust strategies effectively.
Pay:
$49,755.32 - $59,920.39 per year
