Project Coordinator & Sales (Construction / Restoration)

Job Overview We are seeking a driven and proactive Project Coordinator & Sales professional to join our construction and restoration team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine operational coordination with a strong sales focus, contributing directly to company growth while ensuring the successful execution of projects. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, manage client relationships, and support the sales process from initial contact through project completion. You will also work with project scopes and pricing using Xactimate , ensuring clear communication between clients, field teams, and internal staff. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who can build trust with clients, support revenue growth, and help drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage clients from first contact through project completion and closeout Follow up on leads and convert them into signed contracts Prepare and review project scopes and pricing using Xactimate Coordinate project timelines, field crews, and materials Ensure clear communication between clients, office, and field teams Monitor project progress and support execution Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Required Qualifications:

Experience with Xactimate Background in construction, restoration, or related field Strong sales and closing skills Excellent communication and client management abilities Highly organized and results-driven Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in water mitigation, mold, or insurance claims Bilingual (English / Spanish) Experience working with adjusters and insurance carriers
