In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service while driving sales growth. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build strong customer relationships, manage accounts effectively, and support our marketing initiatives. Duties Engage with customers looking to buy or sell real estate via phone, email, and live chat to understand their needs and set appointments with our field experts Manage customer accounts using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools such as Salesforce to track interactions and sales progress Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention No COLD CALLING- Warm outreach to potential clients Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of customer solutions Assist in onboarding new clients by providing a connection to buyer and seller experts. Requirements Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management roles with a focus on SaaS (Software as a Service) or financial services preferred A Texas real estate license is required. Those currently pursuing a license are encouraged to apply Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate company benefits and solutions Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer interactions Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to inform sales strategies and improve customer experience Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and relationship building Join us in delivering outstanding service while fueling our growth!
