Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, delivering an excellent in-person and online experience Create and post engaging content across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc Build your own personal brand to attract leads and drive traffic to the dealership Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely, professional manner Produce short-form videos, vehicle walkarounds, and promotional content Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships Assist customers with completing relevant paperwork required for a successful sale Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays
Requirements:
Conversational Spanish Required Education:
High School required Able to use online advertisement channels (social media platforms) Proven experience in auto industry in sales, credit, or in finance (required 5 Years+) Strong customer service and negotiation expertise Working hours Monday-Saturday 9-7
