We are seeking driven Field Canvassers / Appointment Setters to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, visiting residential neighborhoods to spark friendly conversations with homeowners and schedule them for a free consultation or estimate. No closing required! Your only job is to break the ice and book the appointment—our experienced sales team handles the rest. This position offers a steady hourly base pay to keep you secure, plus an aggressive commission structure that rewards your hard work. Base pay or commission only, we have both types of sales structures for you.

Responsibilities Neighborhood Outreach:

Walk designated residential areas daily, knocking on doors to introduce our services in a friendly, professional manner.

Lead Generation:

Engage homeowners in meaningful conversations, identify their needs, and successfully schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives.

Brand Representation:

Act as a positive, professional face of our company, distributing marketing materials and answering initial questions.

Tracking & Tech:

Use our canvassing app/software in real-time to track doors knocked, leads generated, and appointment details.

Qualifications & Skills Personality:

Outgoing, confident, and highly resilient with a positive attitude that handles "no" with a smile.

Drive:

Highly self-motivated and hungry to crush goals to maximize your commission earnings.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to build quick rapport with strangers.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to walk and stand outdoors for 4-5 hours a day in varying weather conditions.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to get to assigned territories daily. (Previous door-to-door, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!)
