What You'll Do As a Roofing Sales Manager in Training, you'll remain active in the field while developing into a successful sales leader.

You'll:

Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process Manage roofing projects from initial inspection through completion Build strong relationships with homeowners Deliver an exceptional customer experience Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives Train and mentor new team members through ride-alongs and field coaching Help newer representatives improve their sales skills Lead by example through personal production Drive accountability and team performance Help expand Heritage throughout Dallas and surrounding communities Who We're Looking For We're looking for experienced roofing professionals who have already proven they can sell and are ready for more responsibility.
