Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative AFT Fasteners - Mansfield, TX Pay $50,000 - $60,000 per year + Commission Pay Job Overview AFT Fasteners is currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative position. This is a business-to-business sales role supporting customers in the manufacturing and commercial construction industries with fasteners and industrial products. Warm leads are provided daily. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with business customers Respond to customer inquiries and provide product support Prepare and follow up on quotes to help convert sales opportunities Process orders accurately and efficiently Deliver excellent customer service while supporting company sales goals Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor Good computer and organizational skills Stable work history and strong work ethic 3-5 Years previous sales experience. Fastener experience is a plus.
