This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled and motivated PT who is dedicated to supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license Proven experience in a hospital setting preferred Strong knowledge of current therapy methods, modalities, and patient care standards Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans Proficient communication skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff Exceptional documentation and organizational abilities Commitment to continuing education and professional development
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine treatment needs and goals Design and implement tailored therapy programs to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve mobility Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient care and outcomes Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and ongoing care Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with hospital policies Participate in discharge planning and recommendations for follow-up care or adaptive equipment
