Salary + Commissions - to be discussed further during interview Job Overview Smartcom Telephone, LLC, is seeking energetic and motivated Business Sales Representatives to drive growth and expand our presence in the B2B marketplace. In this role, you will actively engage with prospective clients, manage existing accounts, and develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with your ability to build strong relationships will be essential in delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs. This position offers a dynamic environment where your management skills, technical knowledge, and passion for business development will thrive. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and territory management. Conduct engaging and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our solutions. Manage a portfolio of accounts by providing exceptional customer service, nurturing relationships, and upselling additional products or services. Develop strategic sales plans tailored to specific territories or market segments to maximize growth potential. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support sales objectives and increase brand awareness. Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology products and industry trends to provide expert guidance during sales discussions. Experience Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales environments, demonstrating strong management and territory oversight skills. Experience in business development, account management, and direct sales strategies within technology or related sectors. Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability to conduct, technical sales presentations, and upselling techniques. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent analysis capabilities to identify opportunities and overcome objections. Background in inside sales or retail sales is advantageous but not required; a passion for customer service is essential. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Qualifications High school or equivalent (Required) 2+ years of college or equivalent work experience (Preferred) Must be Bilingual - Fluent in English & Spanish US work authorization (Required) Valid Texas Driver's License with 3+ years driving experience (Required) Must be able to pass drug screening and background check (Required) Must be able to pass Criminal history background check (Required) Additional Description Follows up on warm leads and conducts cold calling to businesses Communicates with new and existing customers: in-person, by phone, via email Will prepare and present quotes and proposals for organizations Provides daily feedback to management on activity and progress to goals Follows up with all customer requests in a timely manner Manages time well and handles multiple tasks and projects effectively Presents themselves in a professional manner to internal and external customers And all other assigned tasks, according to the needs of the business Schedule Monday - Friday 8-5 Some after-hours events or meetings Some travel between cities in South Texas Come join and be part of an amazing team!!
