Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven, clinically astute Clinical Sales Lead to spearhead the growth of our dental implant division. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between our clinical operations and revenue growth by supporting complex dental cases and converting prospective patients on the most appropriate dental treatments. If you have a passion for transformative dentistry and a track record of closing high-ticket medical/dental sales, we want to speak with you. We will consider applicants with sales experience outside of the medical field. Duties Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM tools. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in dental implant technology to maintain a competitive edge. Skills Proven experience in medical or dental device sales, preferably within the implant or restorative dentistry sector. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate diverse audiences effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and establish trust with dental professionals. Ability to understand complex technical information and translate it into clear benefits for patients. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing sales. Knowledge of dental anatomy, implant procedures, and relevant clinical practices is highly desirable, but not required.
