Job Description

Do you hate when things fall through the cracks? Do you love following up, staying organized, helping customers, and turning opportunities into results? XYZ Roofing & Restorations is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist to help us recover opportunities, serve customers, and ensure that no estimate is left behind.
What You'll Do:
✅ Follow up with homeowners who have received estimates ✅ Contact customers by phone, text, and email ✅ Schedule appointments and coordinate next steps ✅ Maintain detailed CRM notes and customer records ✅ Help customers move forward with roofing and restoration projects ✅ Reactivate dormant opportunities and recover lost revenue
What We're Looking For:
✔Strong communication skills ✔Highly organized and detail-oriented ✔Comfortable talking on the phone ✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic ✔ Customer service, inside sales, insurance, mortgage, or administrative experience preferred ✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
