We are a local business specializing in custom apparel, embroidery, screen printing, DTF printing, banners, promotional products, and more. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, and comfortable helping customers place custom orders from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email/messages Help customers choose products, designs, sizes, and services Prepare quotes and follow up with potential customers Create and process customer orders Communicate with the production team to make sure orders are clear and accurate Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service Help bring in new customers and promote Mancha's services Requirements Sales or customer service experience preferred Friendly and professional communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using a computer Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Willing to learn about custom printing, embroidery, and promotional products Reliable and responsible Loves to sell Schedule Full-time position Monday-Friday Weekend availability may be needed occasionally Pay Pay based on experience Opportunity for growth About Us Mancha Screen Printing & Embroidery is a growing custom apparel and printing business located in McAllen, TX.
