Full-Time | In-Person | Client-Facing Job overview We hire future sales leaders, not just salespeople. This is an entry-level trainee role designed for motivated people who want to start on the sales floor and move into leadership. We only promote from within, so every manager, team lead, and sales leader in the company began in a role like this. You will learn our products, our process, and how to run a book of business. As you hit milestones, you move from trainee to producer to team leadership. No one is hired into management from the outside. We specialize in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Supplemental policies to consumers. Training, licensing support, and ongoing coaching are part of the job. What you'll do Complete structured sales and product training, then apply it with real prospects Generate leads and book conversations through outreach and follow-up Run product demonstrations that explain features, benefits, and fit Manage activity in an assigned territory and keep clients informed Track leads, pipeline, and follow-ups in Salesforce Identify appropriate upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients Work with marketing on outreach and campaign follow-through Stay current on products, market conditions, and competitor offerings Attend ongoing training on sales skills, compliance, and leadership fundamentals Take on increasing responsibility as you prove results — that is how people here become team leads and managers Who this is for This is an entry-level / early-career role. Insurance or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. We care more about coachability, work ethic, and whether you want a long-term path here. You'll be a strong fit if you have: Drive to learn a sales craft and grow into leadership Clear, confident communication and the ability to build trust Comfort talking with people about protection products (Life, Health, Supplemental) Willingness to use Salesforce or a similar CRM (we will train you) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organization and follow-through — appointments, notes, and next steps A problem-solving mindset when objections come up Interest in a company that fills leadership seats from people already on the team Why This Role Stands Out Monday-Friday daytime schedule (nights and weekends back) Real promote-from-within culture — advancement is based on results, not politics Side-by-side coaching
Compensation:
Uncapped commissions + bonuses
Target First-Year Range:
$51,000 - $93,000+ Depending on Individual execution and production.
