- NO cold calling or door knocking W2 position with paid benefits (not 1099) Fast-growing company with strong brand recognition High close rates with a proven in-home sales system What You'll Do Meet with homeowners for in-home remodeling consultations Build rapport, identify needs, and present tailored bathroom solutions Deliver professional presentations and pricing options Close sales in the home and exceed performance targets Coordinate with production teams for a seamless customer experience Maintain accurate notes, contracts, and follow-ups What We're Looking For 2+ years of in-home sales or direct-to-consumer closing experience Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus Strong closing, objection-handling, and negotiation skills Growth Mindset High energy, confident, and results-driven Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
