Job Description
Applications submitted through Indeed's "Easy Apply" button will not be reviewed. Please follow the instructions at the bottom of this posting. Are You a Top Performer Stuck With No Ceiling? If you're a strong closer in car sales, wireless, solar, insurance, or real estate — and you're tired of the weekends, the walk-in traffic, the cold leads, or the commission-only anxiety — this is your upgrade. We're a growing cosmetic surgery practice in Mission, Texas, and we're looking for someone with real sales instinct to join us as a Bilingual Sales Consultant. Warm inbound leads. Monday-Friday schedule. A product patients genuinely want. And a compensation structure that rewards the tenacity you've already built. Who We Are Two Palms Medical Center is led by Dr. Kenadeed Hersi, a board-certified physician who's built a mens' only surgical practice that specializes in chest (gynecomastia removal) surgery and liposuction. A significant portion of our patients travel from outside the RGV having found us online. Your job is to guide them across the finish line. What This Role Actually Is Let's be direct: this is a sales role. We're not looking for a receptionist. We're not looking for someone who's just warm and organized. We need a closer. You'll be responsible for: Owning the sales funnel end-to-end. Every lead that comes in — phone, text, Instagram DM, web form — is yours to convert. Objection handling under pressure. Patients will say "I need to think about it," "It's too expensive," "I'm nervous about the recovery." Your job is to build trust and close. Following up relentlessly, warmly. Most cosmetic practices lose 60% of their revenue in the follow-up gap. You will not. Booking consultations and converting them to surgery. This is the number that matters. Guiding patients through the full journey — consultation, financing conversation, pre-op, surgery day, post-op check-in. You are their point of contact from first call to final follow-up. Handling the operational side that supports sales — calendar coordination, patient communication, light PA support for Dr. Hersi. What You Bring Fluent in English and Spanish — comfortable switching effortlessly, including with older patients and family members Real sales experience — 1+ year in car sales, wireless retail, solar, insurance, real estate, timeshare, fitness membership sales, med spa, or similar. If you've been in a role where you had a monthly number, you know what we're looking for. Tenacity with warmth. You don't take "no" personally, but you also don't pressure people into decisions they'll regret. Comfort with high-ticket sales ($5K-$15K range). Our procedures average $7K and patients often finance. Objection-handling instincts. You've heard every objection in the book and you have a warm, honest response for each one. Discretion and professionalism. Patients trust you with sensitive information about their bodies and finances. You handle it with respect. Self-direction. You take ownership. You don't wait to be told what to do. Coachability. You take feedback and immediately apply it. What You'll Earn Base salary: $40,000/year — guaranteed regardless of surgery volume
