Trevino Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners who are considering replacing their heating and cooling system. Our service technicians diagnose the equipment and identify when replacement may be the best option. From there, the Comfort Advisor takes over the customer consultation. This is a sales and customer-consultation position , not an HVAC service technician position. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners interested in HVAC system replacement Evaluate the customer's comfort needs and current system Present HVAC replacement options clearly and professionally Explain equipment differences, efficiency levels, warranties, and financing Build trust and help customers make confident purchasing decisions Prepare and present replacement proposals Follow up with customers and close outstanding opportunities Coordinate sold projects with our installation and dispatch teams Maintain accurate notes, estimates, and customer information Represent Trevino professionally in every customer interaction What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has experience selling HVAC systems, home services, or other high-ticket products Is comfortable discussing investments of $10,000+ with homeowners Can build trust without using high-pressure sales tactics Communicates professionally and confidently Understands HVAC equipment and replacement options Can explain financing and different system choices in simple terms Is organized and follows up consistently Is motivated by performance and earning potential Takes ownership of the customer experience from presentation through sale Preferred Experience HVAC Comfort Advisor or HVAC Sales experience HVAC technician experience with strong sales ability In-home sales experience Home improvement or home-services sales Financing and high-ticket sales experience Why Join Trevino Qualified replacement opportunities generated by our service department Strong marketing and consistent customer demand Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC under one growing brand Professional dispatch and operational support Opportunity to earn based on performance Career growth as the company continues expanding
