Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of our offerings Collect valuable customer data to support marketing campaigns and improve service delivery Manage social media accounts by sharing store updates, promotions, and engaging content to boost brand visibility Assist in event marketing efforts by setting up displays, promoting special events, and encouraging customer participation Promote our brand through effective communication, public speaking, and branding strategies within the store Support sales goals by actively upselling products and cross-selling related items to maximize revenue Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail sales is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with a broader customer base Passion for customer service, product demos, and public speaking to inspire customer interest Ability to work flexible hours in a lively retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to contribute positively to the store's atmosphere Our Mission To develop people and elevate brands through high-performance marketing systems while creating leaders and delivering measurable results
