Job Description
We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous sales experience is not required. We provide training and ongoing coaching to help team members develop their communication, customer service, and sales skills. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position because the role regularly involves communicating with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. Responsibilities Communicate with customers face-to-face in English and Spanish Explain available telecommunications products, services, and promotions Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information Assist customers in identifying services that fit their needs Maintain professional customer interactions Meet individual and team performance expectations Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings Maintain accurate customer and sales information Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and dependable Comfortable speaking with new people Goal-oriented and self-motivated Willing to learn and accept coaching Ability to work independently and within a team Reliable transportation Must meet any legally applicable minimum-age requirements for the position No previous sales experience required.
