This is an active sales position for someone who enjoys working with people, following up with leads, conducting property tours, and closing business. Successful candidates will be comfortable prospecting, working toward measurable sales goals, and being held accountable for results. What You'll Do Respond quickly and professionally to new sales leads. Prospect by phone, text, email, referrals, and other approved channels. Consistently follow up with prospective customers. Qualify prospects based on housing needs, budget, and timeline. Schedule and conduct community and home tours. Present available homes, pricing, promotions, and purchase or rental options. Assist prospects through the application and sales process. Follow up on applications and help move qualified customers toward closing or move-in. Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up in the Company's CRM. Participate in sales meetings, training, community events, and marketing initiatives. Maintain knowledge of available homes, pricing, financing programs, and local competition. Meet established activity, conversion, and sales performance goals. Previous experience in manufactured housing, residential real estate, apartment leasing, automotive sales, retail sales, or other consumer sales is preferred but not required. Experience with CRM systems, telephone prospecting, lead follow-up, or commission-based sales is a plus. Schedule This is a full-time onsite sales position. Candidates must be available to work weekends and other high-traffic sales periods as scheduled. Compensation Competitive base compensation plus sales commissions and incentives based on the Company's Sales Representative Compensation & Commission Plan.
