About Team Granger Team Granger has grown from a locally owned preowned vehicle lot to three stores including a Chevrolet store, a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store, and a multi-franchised RV store. With over 600 units in stock and more than 130 employees, many of whom have developed their careers with us, we pride ourselves on being a family-focused employer. We are continuing to expand and are looking for dedicated sales professionals to join our team.

Orange, TX 77630 Position Summary As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will manage all sales activities, from generating leads to closing deals. Your role is crucial to maintaining and growing our success by providing excellent service and support to customers throughout the buying process. Key Responsibilities Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct needs analysis to determine desired vehicle make, type, and features. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation either in the showroom or during test drives. Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using computer databases. Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales price, including tax, trade-in value, license fees, discounts, and financing or lease terms. Perform visual inspections by walking the lot to assess inventory condition. Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate delivery and registration of vehicles. Deliver vehicles to customers and provide orientation on vehicle operations. Attend and complete required training sessions and departmental meetings. Work Environment You will work in a professional, team-oriented dealership environment with opportunities for career growth supported by ongoing training.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to organize and maintain thorough follow-up with clients before and after sales. Current valid driver's license. Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to speak a second language is a plus.
