Job Description
- Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
- Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers.
- Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
- Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.
- Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
- Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort. Commercial Roof Sales Experience Required
- 3+ years of roofing sales experience - in commercial
- Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
- Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions
- Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player Benefits/Compensation for a Commercial Roofing Salesperson
