The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for managing all LGA garage door service lead flow via emails, phone calls, and partner channels, and for converting these raw leads into appointments and sales. This position coordinates between the office, technicians/subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Inside Sales and Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers and to manage daily technician scheduling. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and efficient dispatch using Service Fusion software. Closing deals, Suppoting field technicians to close sales Key Responsibilities Sales-Service And product Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally Schedule service calls and installations using CRM Dispatch technicians efficiently based on job priority and location Communicate schedules and updates to technicians and customers Maintain accurate customer and job records Monitor daily technician progress and resolve scheduling issues Perform end-of-day schedule and job reviews Support technicians to close sales Reporting Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or office administration preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software Experience with Service Fusion is a plus (training provided) Professional, dependable, and detail-orientedWhat We Offer Competitive pay: $50-$80 Yearly, based on experience\ $2000 Bonus After 6 Months Commission opportunities based on performance and company guidelines Stable full-time position Training in Service Fusion and company processes Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company Competitive pay based on experience How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
