Job Description

SonoraCM McAllen believes the Business Development Representatives are part guide, part friend, and part wireless guru. As a sales and development firm partnered with AT&T, we're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our McAllen shops and help customers discover AT&T's cell phones and data plans that match their lives perfectly. As a Business Development Representative, you will participate in training designed to strengthen your communication, customer service, and sales skills. Working with AT&T's cell phones and data plans, the Business Development Representative will engage with customers in-store, learn sales strategies, and gain experience creating meaningful customer interactions. Core Functions of the Business Development Representative Build the AT&T customer base in-store by engaging our customers in person and recommending suitable AT&T smartphones and data plans. Create sales opportunities by leveraging sales interactions to highlight the benefits of AT&T wireless devices and service plans. Develop and nurture customer relationships to increase AT&T cell phone and data plan activations. Drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs and closing sales on the latest AT&T devices and service plans. Maintain a strong sales presence in-store while developing long-term customer relationships for AT&T products. Perform effectively as a Business Development Representative by focusing on in-store sales execution and customer acquisition. Preferred Skills of the Business Development Representative Data analysis to interpret market and sales trends for smarter decision‑making. Presentation skills to deliver compelling pitches that capture attention and drive action. Adaptability in dynamic sales environments where customers' needs evolve rapidly. Analytical communication to present insights in ways that influence stakeholders.
