Full Job Description Position:

Sales & Outreach Coordinator Party With Us RGV | Pharr, TX We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and organized individual to join our growing office team!

Responsibilities include:

Contacting schools, churches, businesses, and organizations to introduce our event rental services. Following up with previous customers about upcoming events. Reaching out to recent customers for feedback and Google reviews. Researching and developing new customer contact lists. Generating leads through online research, business contacts, and networking. Maintaining accurate customer and prospect information. Helping our sales team identify new booking opportunities. Set up and staff promotional tables at local markets, community events, festivals, and other networking opportunities to promote our services. Engage with potential customers at events, distribute promotional materials, and collect contact information. Assist with general office duties, order processing, reservations, and customer service. Help answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and support daily office operations. Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records. Social Media & Content Creation Go live on social media to promote our company, products, and services. Take photos and record videos of our rental equipment, events, and daily activities for social media content. We're looking for someone who: Is comfortable making outbound phone calls. Has excellent communication and people skills. Is organized, dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Enjoys building relationships and helping businesses grow. Is eager to learn and advance professionally. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with potential customers. Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn office software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to participate in occasional local community events. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking during social media live sessions. Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Ability to take clear, quality photos and record videos using a smartphone. Creative and willing to suggest ideas for social media content. Confident, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers in person and on camera. Willingness to learn basic photo and video editing skills.
