If you've consistently closed deals and are ready to lead a team while earning overrides on their production, this is a true next-step opportunity. You'll lead from the front — generating your own business while recruiting, developing, and driving performance across your team. What You'll Do Lead and manage a residential roofing and solar sales team in the Dallas area Generate new business through direct, in-field prospecting Train, mentor, and coach reps to hit and exceed production goals Support your team in inspections, estimates, and closing deals Recruit and build out your sales team as you grow Track performance and maintain a consistent, active pipeline Represent the company professionally in the field and community What You Bring 2+ years of door-to-door roofing sales experience (required) Proven track record of consistently closing deals Prior leadership, coaching, or team development experience Strong communication and accountability skills Competitive, self-driven mindset Ability to work outdoors and travel locally in the Dallas area Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Growth Base salary: $50,000-$60,000 Uncapped commission structure Overrides on team production Signing bonus available for leaders who bring experienced reps Ongoing sales and leadership development Full support from marketing, operations, and project management Why This Role Real leadership opportunity with income tied to team performance Ability to build and scale your own team Proven systems and operational support already in place High-income potential for leaders who produce and develop others Important This role requires prior roofing sales leadership experience.
