MEDDIC / MEDDPICC, SPIN
Selling, Challenger, Sandler, Consultative Selling, or Value-Based Selling. You should be able to show how you have used it to run discovery, qualify opportunities, identify economic buyers and decision processes, develop champions, handle objections, build account strategies, forecast accurately, and move deals to close. We care about how you apply a methodology, not whether it is listed on your résumé. Demonstrated B2B sales or commercial experience Practical use of a structured sales methodology Excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills Ability to learn technically complex information quickly Strong listening, questioning, and relationship-building skills Strong follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and sound judgment Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements Legal authorization to work in the United States Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field (equivalent experience considered) Experience selling technical products to hospitals, universities, or MedTech companies Track record of new business development and quota attainment & Frequent travel throughout Texas and the U.S., and occasionally internationally, for customer meetings, demonstrations, conferences, workshops, and training Travel is not limited to a fixed territory or percentage and varies with business needs Occasional evening and weekend work for conferences, customer programs, and events Driving for business purposes Transporting, setting up, and demonstrating simulation equipment Working in hospital environments and following site safety and credentialing rules These functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
