We supply beauty brands, cosmetics companies, promotional products companies, and fulfillment/3PL operations across the US. We're growing fast and looking for our first dedicated sales rep to help us land and grow B2B accounts. What you'll be doing: You'll own the full sales cycle — finding prospects, reaching out, building relationships, and closing deals. That means cold calling and email outreach from the office, driving to visit clients and prospects in the DFW area, and eventually representing CrinkleTime at trade shows and industry events. No two days look exactly the same. Who we're looking for: 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (packaging, beauty, logistics, or promotional products industry a big plus) Comfortable cold calling — you don't wait for leads to come to you Strong communicator who can build real relationships, not just close one-time deals Organized and self-motivated — you'll manage your own pipeline Familiar with fulfillment operations, 3PLs, or beauty/cosmetics brands preferred but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits What we offer: $40,000- $50,000 base salary + 5% commission (uncapped) In-person role based in Richardson, TX with local travel Ground-floor opportunity — you'll help shape how we grow Supportive, small-team environment with direct access to ownership Mileage reimbursement for client visits
