ABOUT THE ROLE
Suncoast is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to support homeowners throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region and nearby communities. In this position, you'll help clients enhance their outdoor spaces with premium enclosure products such as motorized screens, pergola systems, louvered patio covers, and seasonal sunrooms. You will also collaborate closely with installation and operations teams to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop pricing estimates and customized proposals while guiding clients through the purchasing journey Manage inbound inquiries and proactively follow up with prospects generated through advertising campaigns, referrals, and industry events Coordinate with installation and operations teams to support seamless project execution from sale to completion Cultivate professional relationships and identify opportunities to expand sales within the local market Provide ongoing updates and responsive service to customers throughout the project lifecycle Represent the company at consumer expos, local events, and promotional exhibitions to build brand awareness Meet with prospective homeowners on-site to assess project requirements and discuss product solutions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven sales experience (preferably in home improvement, construction, or outdoor living solutions) Previous construction or installation experience is an asset Comfortable using CRM and project management tools Self-motivation and independence, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally Flexibility for evening and weekend work as needed
WHAT WE OFFER
Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000
Commission:
