Job Description

Overview Group 1 GMC Coastal Bend is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our high-performing sales team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who love customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a long-term career in automotive sales, without the pressure of commission. Responsibilities Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards Qualifications Customer-facing sales experience required (automotive sales experience is a plus!)
