You'll work luxury residential leads via phone and direct messaging, and conduct face-to-face meetings and walkthroughs for commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound phone calls, direct messaging, and community outreach Prospect and close luxury residential and commercial cleaning contracts Conduct face-to-face meetings and travel to client sites for walkthroughs Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Follow up consistently with leads and prospects Document and manage prospects in CRM Meet and exceed weekly activity and closing goals Compensation Full commission structure Fuel Reimbursement Uncapped earning potential — top performers can earn $50,000 to $220,000+ annually based on closed deals Your effort equals your paycheck Qualifications Sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset Comfortable with high outbound activity Professional and coachable Reliable transportation for client site visits Who Thrives in This Role?
