Internet Sales/BDC Representatives in our Sales Department! If you're looking for a fast-paced, challenging, and lucrative role for the next step in your career, this is a perfect fit for you! Who We're Looking For:
Experienced call center and BDC representatives, dealership experience a huge plus! Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, business development roles preferred but not required Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers
What You'll Do:
Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions. Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention. Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers. Why Join Our Team?
