Titan Factory Direct is looking for a high-energy Digital Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and knows how to turn online interest into real appointments and real opportunities. Must speak Spanish and English! If you're the person who can start conversations, build momentum, and move prospects toward buying decisions , this role puts you at the center of our sales pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for online buyers , connecting with customers who are actively searching for manufactured and modular homes and guiding them toward the next step in their home buying journey. This role is onsite , highly interactive, and critical to driving traffic and sales performance. What You'll Do The Digital Sales Consultant is responsible for managing and converting online inquiries into qualified appointments. Lead Engagement Respond quickly to inbound internet leads from multiple digital platforms Engage prospects through phone, text, email, and CRM communication tools Build rapport and identify customer housing needs Appointment Generation Qualify buyers and schedule appointments with our in-store Housing Consultants Confirm appointments and maintain active communication with prospects Drive consistent traffic through effective follow-up Pipeline Management Maintain accurate lead records within the CRM system Track conversations, customer timelines, and buying readiness Execute consistent follow-up to nurture opportunities Collaboration Coordinate closely with the sales team and management to ensure strong handoffs Support marketing and promotional initiatives that generate inbound interest What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who are motivated, confident communicators, and highly organized .

Ideal candidates are:
