Position:
This is a great opportunity for semi-retired professionals or stay-at-home parents looking to re-enter the workforce in a meaningful, flexible role. As our Customer Care & Sales Consultant, you'll be engaging with both current and new clients , introducing them to our owner-financed lots , and assisting them through the process. Some administrative duties are also part of this role, including managing client records and processing paperwork. This role is perfect for someone with good people skills , a friendly demeanor, and an ability to connect with others.
Responsibilities:
Engage with both current and prospective clients , providing information on available owner-financed lots and solutions based on their needs Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify opportunities to promote our real estate offerings Provide excellent customer service Complete administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records, managing paperwork, and tracking sales progress
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)•A must for communicating with our diverse clientele Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude "Street smart" approach•the ability to think on your feet and connect with people from all walks of life Basic administrative skills for record-keeping and paperwork
Work Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10am to 1pm•Part-time hours for a balanced work-life
