Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts to establish corporate partnerships and fleet sales opportunities Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure accurate vehicle availability information Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and prospects Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and dealership events to attract new customers Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up Experience Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales roles Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective public speaking abilities for presentations and client interactions Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is advantageous Ability to perform outbound calls confidently and handle cold calling campaigns professionally Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation Experience in automotive sales combined with knowledge of inventory control, marketing strategies, and retail math will set you apart Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive approach and passion for automotive sales will make a real difference.
