Job Description
The Opportunity The Sales Leader will work alongside company leadership to drive sales production, field activity, training, recruiting, and accountability across the DFW market. The right person has led a team before and knows what it actually takes — they'll generate their own business while making every rep around them better. Who We're Looking For This role is for someone who has already led. Not someone who's great at closing and thinks they're ready to manage — someone who has carried a team's numbers before. You should be able to point to: A title like Sales Manager, Team Lead, Regional Manager, or Branch Manager in roofing, exterior restoration, or in-home sales A team you built or inherited and grew A rep (or several) you took from rookie to producer Real experience holding people accountable to activity and production numbers — knocks, contacts, inspections, proposals, contracts, revenue — without burning them out You're competitive, disciplined, organized, and you lead by example. You understand that your success is measured by the team's output, not just your own. Key Responsibilities Lead daily field sales and canvassing activity across the DFW team Personally generate inspections, contracts, and revenue Coach Sales Consultants on door approach, inspections, presentations, follow-up, and closing Run field ride-alongs and hands-on training Onboard and develop new Sales Consultants Recruit and grow the DFW sales team Own key performance metrics: knocks, homeowner contacts, inspections, claims, proposals, contracts, revenue Hold the team accountable for CRM activity and sales process Lead weekly sales meetings and training Represent Storm Force professionally with homeowners, referral partners, and the community Why Storm Force? We're building a performance-driven sales organization around training, opportunity, accountability, and doing business the right way. You'll get: Professional sales and roofing training Ongoing weekly development Field coaching and leadership support Industry-leading technology and sales tools Strong operational and production support Performance incentives and contests Real advancement opportunity as the company expands The chance to build and lead one of the company's most important markets This Role Is for Someone Who's Already Led We're not looking to promote our best salesperson and hope leadership comes naturally. We're looking for someone who has already carried a team — and is ready to do it again, at a bigger scale, in DFW. If that's you: tell us how many reps you've led, what production looked like before and after, and how you hold a team accountable without killing their motivation. If you're a strong producer who hasn't led a team yet, we're always glad to know you — but this specific opening is for someone who's done it before.
