Compensation Program:
Base Salary + Route Beverage Sales Commission +
New Program Incentives:

Performance Based Incentives:
$20,000 (Estimated annual commissions/incentives; may vary based on performance) •
Annual Earning Potential:

Branded Company Van Provided (including fuel and maintenance) •

Company-provided iPAD and Mobile Printer for field execution •

Field Based The Role:
The Face of the Brand As an FOS, you are the face of the MPACT brand. This isn't a role spent behind a desk; it's a field-based mission where you bring our RTD craft cocktails to life in the real world. You will manage a diverse route of convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants—ensuring the MPACT experience is top-tier everywhere our cocktails are sold.
Your Mission:
Where You'll Make an
MPACT Field Sales & Revenue Growth:
You will help develop and grow profitable customer routes, maintaining existing accounts and securing new account placements.
Quality Program Management:
Serve as the guardian of our brand standards. You'll manage store inventories, eliminate out-of-stocks, and partner with customers to optimize shelf sets and cold box placements.
Physical Execution:
This is the vital "last mile" of our success. This role involves physical activity, including the daily delivery and merchandising of cases (approx. 40 lbs. each) using a dolly.
Strategic Ownership:
We provide you with the "proven toolkit" for success, including a company-provided van and digital reporting tools. We trust you to own your route and drive results.
