What You Will Do Transform Properties:

Perform high-end window washing, pressure washing, and gutter detailing. Own the

Field:

Lead Christmas light installations and takedowns during our peak fall season. Manage the

Mobile Shop:

Drive, clean, and organize your designated Sprinter van.

Delight Customers:

Walk clients through job details, provide elite service, and process on-site invoices. Grow the

Business:

Spot opportunities to sell additional services and drive local neighborhood marketing.

Requirements Experience:

2+ years in general labor, customer service, or trades (e.g., roofing, landscaping, painting, power washing).

Physical Capability:

Ability to handle physical labor, including bending, lifting, and handling heavy tools daily.

Credentials:

Valid Driver's License (Required) and US Work Authorization (Required).

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Background:

Must pass a standard background check.
