Job Description

The Inside Sales Coordinator manages customer orders from RFQ through delivery, ensuring accuracy, alignment with requirements, and timely execution through coordination with internal teams and ongoing customer communication.
Responsibilities:
Comfortable managing high daily volume with accuracy Process RFQs through quotation, reviewing available drawings, specifications, and scope Enter and validate customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, revisions, pricing, and delivery dates Own open order status updates, communicating delivery commitments, delays, and recovery plans Manage customer requirements, including documentation and portal updates Coordinate with engineering, planning, operations, and quality to resolve issues and drive order progression Manage NCRs, customer feedback, and RMAs through internal coordination and closure Provide routine order support to customers and internal teams; escalate as needed Maintain accurate ERP records and ensure orders are complete at entry Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred 1-3 years of customer service or order management experience Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret drawings Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to work across multiple systems Experience with ERP systems preferred, D365 a plus Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills with ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
