We're looking for a driven Agriculture & Construction Equipment Sales Representative to join our Taylor team and become a trusted partner to the producers who feed the world. Duties and Responsibilities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with local farmers and agricultural producers
- Match top-tier products and solution to the unique need of each operation
- Provide expert guidance on equipment, crop inputs, or precision ag solutions (depending on your background)
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest technology and trends in agriculture
- Own your territory with pride
- identify opportunities, grow sales, and celebrate success
- Submit sales documents to the Finance & Inventory Manager in accordance with company policy
- Submit proper equipment make-ready sheet to service manager for each sold unit Requirements
- A deep respect for the agricultural industry
- and the people who work in it
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (Bilingual a plus!)
- Self-motivation and results-driving mindset
- Experience in ag equipment sales and farming is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally and spend time with customers face-to-face
- Ability to operate all equipment carried and sold Benefits
