Job Description

Job Overview Moore Junk Removal & Recycling is seeking a motivated, energetic, and growth-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help improve business revenue generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship-building, sales outreach, and community engagement. As the SDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing referral partnerships, and helping grow the company's junk removal and recycling services. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident communicating with business owners and homeowners, and excited about helping build a fast-growing local company focused on sustainability and customer service. Duties Business Development Establish referral partnerships with local organizations and businesses Attend networking events, chamber meetings, trade shows, and community events Support strategic growth initiatives throughout Temple, Belton, Killeen, and surrounding areas Help identify new market opportunities within recycling and sustainability services Customer Relationship Management Follow up with inbound leads quickly and professionally Maintain accurate client records and communication logs Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals Assist in creating customer retention and referral programs Sales Performance Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals Track conversion rates and business development metrics Contribute ideas to improve sales systems and customer acquisition strategies Prospect local businesses, property managers, contractors, real estate professionals, storage facilities, apartment complexes, and construction companies Conduct cold calls, emails, text outreach, and in-person networking Generate qualified leads for junk removal, hauling, recycling, cleanouts, and specialty removal services Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Qualifications Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with cold outreach and networking Self-starter with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms is a plus Passion for sustainability, recycling, and community engagement preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Potential for additional income after 60 days of successful revenue building activities. 15% commission on completed jobs over $300.00.
Pay:
