Retail Sales Representative

Compensation:

$14-16/hr, plus commission.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (No Weekends) 10:00AM-6:00

Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401k Matching Program Role Summary We are seeking a self-motivated professional to become our next Retail Sales Representative in our Texas City store. You will be operating one of our satellite retail stores. This is just not a retail job; it is a satellite retail operation where you will be taking care of our commercial account customers. You manage the customer experience, and the sale, from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Run our Texas City storefront at the store's established hours. Punctuality, professionalism, and salesmanship are a must. You will fit, recommend, and sell specialized safety footwear based on the needs of the customer. Maintain a presentation worthy Store. This includes keeping shelves stocked and organized, and basic cleanliness and presentation of the Showroom. Utilize a company provided point of sale system to process sales and check inventory. Qualification & Skills Strong salesmanship and a "customer-first" mentality. Reliable, independent, and proficiency with basic retail math such as calculating sales taxes or discounts. Basic computer experience to operate a point-of-sale system to enter sales. Ability to check email or basic spreadsheets for information. Ability to load/unload inventory, product cases of 6 units weigh approximately 35 lbs. Individual product weighs around 6lb. Must be willing to undergo a drug test as a condition of employment.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
