Responsibilities Canvas residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about roofing needs. Generate your own leads and appointments. Identify opportunities for roof repairs and replacements. Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the sales process. Help homeowners understand the insurance claim process Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer communication. Consistently work toward sales goals and income targets. Qualifications At least 1 year of sales experience in any industry Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners. Strong work ethic and willingness to work in the field. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. What We Offer Average weekly earnings of $2,500
