Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional person to join our team as the Sales & Operations Coordinator. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our office environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and accounts receivable, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in office tasks.
Duties:
Greet and assist client calls in a friendly and professional manner. Receive and manage wholesale customer & salesmen orders and coordinate them with the farm managers. Accounts Receivable - invoice customers next day, apply payments, and send out customer statements weekly. Make sure emails, phone calls and texts are responded and followed-up in a timely manner. Collaborate with turf field inventory maps, records and books. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Be open to new responsibilities or changes.
Requirements:
Proficiency in office software applications (e.g.,
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook) & QuickBooks Previous experience with turfgrass sales or turfgrass knowledge is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
