Counter Sales Representative:

Provide outstanding customer service to all customers Ensure accuracy in all parts orders Assist customers in identifying required parts, including part numbers, quantities, freight options, and delivery timelines Support other areas of the Parts Department as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment ️

Counter Sales Representative Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment or parts Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent professional communication: verbal, written, email, and phone Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service Positive, outgoing personality ✅

Bonus Skills and Preferred Experience:
