Inside Sales

Job Description We are looking for an energetic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our company to build and develop its sales force. We are a lumber wholeseller with customers all over the US. This is a ground floor sales position, meaning there is tremendous growth opportunity moving forward with immediate income opportunity and long-term growth. We are a small company of 5 employees. We have a lot of opportunities to grow our business and reward our sales team through our uncapped commission. Job Details

• Shift:

  8am - 4pm (No Weekends)
• No Cold Calling or Warm Calling. Must be willing to follow up on quotes.
• Competitive Salary Based on Experience Uncapped Salary and commission Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in sales in the lumber industry.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM programs, such as Salesforce and Hubspot. We will train!
• Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain customer loyalty
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Computer proficiency - must be able to navigate the Internet and use Microsoft Office Outlook programs,
