Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person visits, and digital outreach to generate new sales opportunities within the RV industry. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, managing customer inquiries, and following up diligently to convert prospects into satisfied buyers. Conduct detailed needs assessments to match clients with suitable RV models, emphasizing features that align with their lifestyle and preferences. Negotiate deals effectively by leveraging strong communication skills, B2B sales techniques, and market knowledge to close high-end sales successfully. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update inventory information, and streamline the sales process for maximum efficiency. Upsell additional products and services such as accessories, warranties, and financing options to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure inventory management accuracy, organize dealership displays, and support marketing initiatives that attract new clients. Skills Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the automobile or recreational vehicle industry. Exceptional negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities—bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus! Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and maintain an active sales pipeline effectively. Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management systems to support seamless sales operations. Demonstrated ability in public speaking and customer service to confidently present products and address client questions. Knowledge of automotive sales processes, inventory control, retail math, and basic financial principles such as retail math calculations. Experience in cold calling, outbound sales strategies, and marketing techniques to expand outreach efforts. High energy with a proactive attitude toward upselling and closing deals while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
