We work directly with insurance carriers and their policyholders to restore homes and businesses after water losses — and we do it right. We're a small, tight-knit team that moves fast, holds high standards, and takes care of the people we work with. We're hiring our first dedicated sales rep to own our insurance agent relationships and drive a consistent pipeline of referrals. If you've done this before and you're good at it, there's a real opportunity to build something here. The Role You'll be the face of Keystone to the insurance community — visiting agencies across three counties, building relationships with agents and adjusters, and making sure that when a policyholder has a water loss, Keystone is the first call they make. This is a relationship-driven, boots-on-the-ground B2B role. You'll be in the field most days running your route, not behind a desk. What You'll Do Own and work a consistent agency visit route across Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah Counties Build and maintain referral relationships with independent and captive insurance agents Educate agents on Keystone's services, response times, and claims expertise Stay top of mind through regular visits, drop-offs, and genuine relationship building Track your pipeline and agency contacts in our CRM Collaborate directly with ownership on targeting, messaging, and strategy Represent Keystone at local networking events and industry functions What We're Looking For Restoration industry sales experience is required — if you haven't sold for a mitigation, remediation, or restoration company, this role isn't the right fit Existing relationships with insurance agents or adjusters in the Salt Lake/Utah County market is a strong plus Proven track record of building and maintaining a referral-based pipeline Comfortable walking into agencies cold, building rapport fast, and staying consistent Self-starter who manages their own schedule and holds themselves accountable to results Strong communicator in person and in writing Valid Utah driver's license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits $55,000-$65,000 base salary (based on experience) Commission on referred jobs closed Company truck provided Gas card covered Flexible schedule — you own your route and your day Direct access to ownership — no corporate bureaucracy Real opportunity to grow into a senior role as the company scales
