As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building relationships with commercial property owners, managers, and businesses while identifying opportunities for Avalon to provide ongoing maintenance services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and developing new business. You'll have the opportunity to sell a variety of property maintenance services, including landscaping, power washing, snow removal, glass cleaning, parking lot maintenance, and general property improvements. Property maintenance sales experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, confident, and willing to learn our services and sales process. Duties Prospect for new commercial customers and identify potential sales opportunities Build and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, and facility managers Conduct in-person visits and outreach to commercial properties throughout Utah Present Avalon Property Maintenance services and explain the value we provide Generate quotes, proposals, and service agreements for prospective customers Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales and develop long-term relationships Identify additional service opportunities within existing customer accounts Maintain accurate customer and sales information Coordinate with operations and management to ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated Represent Avalon professionally and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process Meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall company growth Experience Previous sales experience is preferred but not required Experience selling property maintenance, landscaping, commercial services, construction, or related services is a plus Experience selling to commercial properties, property managers, or businesses is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Willingness to learn Avalon's services and sales process Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Join a growing company where hard work, strong relationships, and results are recognized.
